Privacy Policy

Last updated March 2026. This policy describes how Rep Connect ("we," "us") handles personal information. Have qualified legal counsel review it for your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA) before relying on it as your sole privacy notice.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect through the Rep Connect website, applications, and related services (the "Service"). It does not apply to third-party sites or services that we link to or that integrate with the Service (e.g. Stripe checkout pages), which are governed by their own policies.

2. Information we collect

  • Account & profile: name, email, role (rep/brand), onboarding responses, and profile fields you choose to provide.
  • Payment: subscription and billing data are processed by Stripe; we receive limited payment-related identifiers and status from Stripe, not full card numbers.
  • Usage & communications: log data, device/browser information, in-app activity as needed to operate and secure the Service, and messages you send us.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Authenticate users and enforce our Terms;
  • Process subscriptions and communicate about billing;
  • Send service-related and, where permitted, product messages;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

4. Legal bases (where applicable)

If GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on appropriate bases such as contract (providing the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics consistent with expectations), and consent where required (e.g. certain cookies or marketing).

5. Sharing

We may share information with service providers who process data on our behalf under contractual obligations (e.g. hosting, email delivery, Stripe). We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We do not sell your personal information as that term is commonly defined under U.S. state privacy laws.

6. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention periods may vary by data type.

7. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. International transfers

If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the U.S. or other countries where we or our providers operate. We take steps as required by applicable law for cross-border transfers.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, contact us at the email below. We may need to verify your request.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes may require additional notice as required by law.
